Here are a few pictures of what a typical prenatal day looks like at the clinic in Antipolo.

There is a seminar each week for the women to attend. Once they have gone through a full 10 week cycle, they are "graduates" and they don't need to attend any more, even if they come back to have another baby. The topics covered include breastfeeding, nutrition, child care and of course labor and birth. The women listen to part of the teaching, and then they have discussion around each table where they ask questions and talk about the subject.

Here are some of them waiting for their prenatal check up. Once the seminar is over, all of the women stream in at once, get their blood pressure and weight checked, and then wait in line for their check up.
